Who for you is the best possible successor of Manila Archbishop Gaudencio Cardinal Rosales when he retires?
Cebu Archbishop Ricardo Cardinal Vidal has been replaced by then Palo Archbishop Jose Palma.. I guess it would not take too long for us to see the next Manila Archbishop since Cardinal Rosales is also passed the retiring age.
