Question for Episcopalians?

How far can I practice my past catholic traditions as a new Episcopalian? I am referring to saying the rosary, saying catholic prayers, having holy reminders like small statues of Jesus, etc? Do any of you from the Episcopal Church watch EWTN? It is a bot confusing because RC is based on the Pope...and Episcopal church is based on the Archbishop of Canterbury...
